European Forum for Nuclear Workforce & Skills
This Work Package (WP2) has three primary goals:
- Establish a European forum under ENEN umbrella, and which will be a place for dialogue towards pact for skills addressing nuclear (fission & fusion) broad workforce and skills shortages, assuring its long-term sustainability.
- Collect existing relevant studies on nuclear workforce assessment and strategies to meet required competences and make them available through an easily accessible platform within the forum
- Analyse existing relevant studies and develop a guideline for conducting national nuclear workforce assessments
