Nuclear Skills Strategy
The final project Work Package (WP6) will:
- Identify and categorise skills and competence gaps in the nuclear industry from a Human Resources perspective, based on analysis of WP2, WP3 and WP4 datasets.
- Develop a Nuclear Skills Strategy to guide attraction, retraining, upskilling, and reskilling and also support a Just Transition.
- Conduct a pilot to test the Nuclear Skills Strategy.
- Develop recommendations to enhance and refine the Nuclear Skills Strategy, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with nuclear industry needs.
